Queens Lake Phase II & III
The Notice to Proceed date of March 1, 2012 has been given to our contractor Walter C. Via Construction. The construction contract is for 16 months so the construction should be completed in July 2013. The sanitary sewer connection fee will not be due until the construction is completed.
