2009 PLANNING COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT

Section 15.2-2221 of the Code of Virginia sets forth the duties of local planning commissions, one of which is to make an annual report to the governing body (i.e., the Board of Supervisors) concerning the operation of the commission and the status of planning within its jurisdiction.
