BIDDER'S APPLICATION

There are two (2) different ways to get our Bid Application form:

  1. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader™ to 'fill out' and print a bid application form on your local printer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is FREE. (Obtain a copy of the software before loading the form.) Note that you MUST ATTACH A W-9 FORM to the Bid Application for us to be able to accept it.

    2.   The second method is to send an EMAIL to the Division of Central Purchasing to have them mail (VIA U.S. Mail) you a Bid Application to be on our mailing list for County solicitations.
