The Development Services Division oversees the site plan and subdivision review process to ensure that plans comply with current ordinance requirements. It also investigates property-related nuisances to ensure that existing development complies with requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and other chapters of the County Code.

Zoning- land use, building setbacks, sign permits, zoning certification, property-related nuisances (including grass, inoperable vehicles, and trash/debris), applications for backyard chicken keeping, home occupation license, Board of Zoning Appeals
